Hispanic Workforce Being Addressed Sooner than Later

Gerry Janssen Vice President in charge of sales and marketing has announced that SafetyInstruction.com has enabled a growing Hispanic work force to sample the audio of their Safety Videos in Spanish. This includes a push into the construction trades. In announcing this initiative Mr. Janssen has also indicated that they provide safety games which are editable allowing the Safety Manager to insert different questions, and of course the answers in Spanish. We are also working on converting our “power point” presentations to Spanish as well. We are into that project and have some available now but not on our website yet. He also said that if a customer has an immediate need they would accommodate it within the scope of their structure.

He went on to say that industry is challenged by the continued growing presence of a Hispanic work force, which needs training, and “we are addressing that sooner than later”.

Safetyinstruction.com is a provider of OSHA approved safety instructional, and compliance materials. They market globally through the Internet. Gerry said “We will constantly look for educational tools to make it easier to be safe”.
